Booking Policy
Deposit & Payment Info
At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required. Said client forfeits their session deposit paid to book the session. The fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by reaching out 48 hours or more prior to the date of session and rebooking at an agreeable date and time
Late Sessions
An additional $20 fee will be applied to session balance if client is more than 15 minutes late. Session time booked will not be extended as courtesy unless client pays for additional time, and photographer has availability.

Image Policy
Image Selections
Unedited RAW photo's taken are sent 1-2 days after the photoshoot. Client must select which photos within their package limit they would like to be edited.
Turn Around Time
After favorites have been chosen, please reach back out to Flix By Nata for your editing process to begin. Depending on your photoshoot, there is a 2-7 day window for when edits will be sent
Fast Turn around & Extra Edits
Extra edits are available for purchase at $10 per photo. Based on photoshoot turn around time, quicker edits are available at an extra fee.
